STRUCTURE FEATURES
-Have adpoted modularization design,large speed range and rational and fine assignment
-14 sizes from 07-167, with power scope from 0.09kw to 160kw
-The housing design is suitable for universal mounting.
-The speed ration covers from 1.3 to 289.74, so the customer can choose the one as they need.
-Gear wheel after high fine grinding makes stably running, low noise and the efficiency between two near stages reaching to 98%.
-DRC designed for particular low speed occasions extends the ration of RC to 27000.

MAIN MATERIALS
-Housing: die cast aluminum alloy (frame size: 07-27); cast iron (frame size: 37-167)
-Gear wheel: 20cr steel, carburization and nitrating treatment (the hardness of tooth is HRC60 and the thickness of harden layer is over 0.5mm after fine grinding)
-Plain key: 45 steel and the hardness of surface is HRC50.

EFFICIENCY
The gear-driven efficiency is the highest among all the types of transmission, which is higher than worm-driven reducers. The efficiency of geared reducer mainly depends on the frication between the gear wheel and bearing. Because of adopting high precise grinding gear wheel and NSK bearing, the frication reduces effectively and the efficiency between two near stages reaches to 98%.
 In particularly when the gear wheel of the first stage has been dipped in the oil wholly, the input stage of the bigger frame size and high circle speed will have the problem of puddle losing and bring an important parameter. So when the input rotation speed of RC97 and RC107 is over 2500r/min and the output rotation speed of RC frame size is over 107 and adopt M2 or M4 mounting position, puddle losing should be taken into consideration.

COMBINATION HELICAL GEARED REDUCER
Combining two helical geared reducers can make low output rotation speed. When adopting this project, the power of collocable motor should depend on the utmost of the output torque of reducer, not on the one calculated according to the power of motor.
